　　贯彻落实习总书记的重要讲话精神，要求我们必须改进传播理念，遵循网络传播规律，强化阵地意识，敢于发声、善于发声，牢牢把握互联网传播主动权，让互联网空间成为社会治理的“稳定器”和“安全阀”。

　　互联网是把双刃剑，必须趋利避害、有序可控。中国网民规模已达到7.57亿，在这个人人都有麦克风的时代，如果能构筑起网上网下同心圆，这数量庞大的“麦克风”就能成为正能量的“传导器”和“扩音筒”；反之，如果任由假恶丑的不良信息充斥网络空间，就会消解党和政府的公信力，破坏社会和谐，影响社会稳定。

　　习总书记强调指出，要压实互联网企业的主体责任，决不能让互联网成为传播有害信息、造谣生事的平台。这就要求我们必须强化监管责任，推进网络企业进一步承担社会责任，自觉增强法治意识，为营造风清气朗的网络空间而尽责。网络企业决不能成为博人眼球、挣黑心钱的奴隶！
