  However, the public need not panic. Plague is an ancient bacterial infectious disease and can be treated with a variety of effective antibiotics in clinic. If patients can see a doctor early and get standardized and effective treatment, the cure rate is very high. Suspicious contacts can also avoid getting sick by taking preventive medicine.

  Many citizens are worried that if there are rats in my house, will they be infected with the plague? In fact, mice usually need rat fleas as a medium to infect humans, and direct contact with infected mice also has the opportunity to be infected. If you are not in an epidemic area, the risk of infection is generally small, so don’t worry too much. However, if there are more mice in the house, it will cause some other diseases such as epidemic hemorrhagic fever. It is suggested to do indoor hygiene and eliminate mice.

  1. What are the main routes of transmission?

  The main transmission routes of plague include vector transmission, contact transmission and droplet transmission. In natural foci, vector transmission is the most important mode of transmission, and fleas are the main media for spreading plague. Fleas parasitic on infected animals can cause human infection after being infected with plague bacteria and then biting people. Contact transmission refers to the infection caused by bacteria entering the body through skin surface wounds or mucous membranes when people come into contact with infected animals during slaughter, skinning and meat eating, or when they come into contact with excreta and secretions of plague patients. Zhao Jiajun
  Zhao Jiajun, male, born in May 1961, is a doctor of medicine and professor. He is currently the vice president of Shandong Provincial Hospital, director of endocrinology department, vice chairman of endocrinology Committee of Chinese Medical Association, and chairman of Shandong Endocrinology Society. He has been selected as a leading medical talent in Shandong Province and the first batch of experts specially invited by Taishan Scholars, and has also been selected as the second-phase construction project of Taishan Scholars.
  Professor Zhao Jiajun has been engaged in clinical diagnosis, treatment and basic research of endocrine and metabolic diseases for 30 years, taking thyroid diseases and diabetes as the research objects, focusing on the role of lipid metabolism disorder in the occurrence and development of endocrine diseases, and carrying out systematic basic and clinical transformation research around the relationship between lipid metabolism disorder and thyroid diseases and lipid metabolism disorder and diabetes. Breaking through the shackles of traditional theories, the author innovatively put forward the viewpoints of "TSH directly regulates cholesterol metabolism" and "intervenes lipotoxicity to prevent and treat diabetes" internationally, which provided new strategies for clinical prevention and treatment of thyroid diseases and diabetes.   Professor Zhao Jiajun has presided over one national science and technology support plan, one 973 sub-project, three national natural science funds, three Shandong natural science funds, two Shandong science and technology development plans, one Shandong outstanding young and middle-aged scientist award fund, one Shandong international science and technology cooperation project, one international exchange and cooperation project of the Ministry of Health and one key clinical research project of the Chinese Medical Association. The reporter’s recent investigation found that many people have the experience of being "touched by porcelain" and "killed by customers" when renting a car. When renting a car to go home during the Spring Festival, we must be careful, and the regulatory authorities should also take timely actions to fill in the "pit" of the industry.

  Renting a car but encountering a serial "pit"

  According to the data of market research organization iResearch, the number of automobile drivers in China has exceeded 300 million at present, and there is a big gap between drivers and car ownership. The combination of economic growth, lifestyle changes and self-driving travel habits makes car rental a new travel choice. However, compared with the rapidly developing market scale, the market order has become a lagging short board.

  Not long ago, Ms. Min Tian, a Beijing citizen, traveled to Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, rented a car from Chifeng Junyi Car Rental Co., Ltd., paid a deposit of 5,000 yuan and signed a contract, agreeing to return the car that night.   The reporter contacted Liu, the person in charge of the car rental company.   Savage growth not only hurts consumers, but also hurts some car rental companies.
