Shenzhen: Severely investigate and deal with the behavior that the listing price of second-hand houses of intermediaries exceeds the transaction reference price.

Shenzhen will severely investigate and deal with the behavior that the listing price of second-hand housing of real estate agencies exceeds the transaction reference price.

Official website, a real estate agency association in Shenzhen, showed that the Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau issued the Notice on Carrying out Special Inspection on the Application of Reference Price of Second-hand Housing Transactions by Real Estate Brokers on February 23rd (hereinafter referred to as the Notice), demanding that the listed price of second-hand housing transactions by real estate brokers exceed the reference price, so as to guide rational transactions and stabilize market expectations.

At the same time, in order to implement the deployment of the Shenzhen Municipal Government’s real estate regulation and control work, implement the requirements of the Notice of Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau on Establishing the Release Mechanism of Second-hand Housing Transaction Reference Price (Shenjian Real Estate [2021] No.2), do a good job in the management of the listed price of second-hand housing in real estate brokerage institutions, and further standardize the professional behavior of relevant personnel, we have formulated the Work Plan for Special Inspection of the Application of Second-hand Housing Transaction Reference Price in real estate brokerage institutions (hereinafter referred to as the Work Plan).

The "Work Plan" mentioned that through special inspection actions, we will severely investigate and deal with the behavior that the listed price of second-hand housing of real estate agencies exceeds the transaction reference price, guide rational transactions, stabilize market expectations, and promote the stable and healthy development of Shenzhen real estate market.

The contents of this special inspection mainly include: whether the listed price of second-hand housing released by real estate brokers in stores, websites and related online platforms exceeds the reference price of second-hand housing transactions; At the same time, whether the price of second-hand housing released by real estate brokers through online platforms such as WeChat and QQ exceeds the reference price of second-hand housing transactions.

According to the division of labor, Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau is mainly responsible for formulating the special inspection work plan; Guide, supervise and inspect the housing construction bureaus in all districts to carry out the special inspection of the reference price of second-hand housing transactions.

The housing construction bureaus of all districts in Shenzhen specifically organize the implementation of special inspections within their respective jurisdictions; Joint intermediary association to carry out inspections; If violations of laws and regulations are found in the inspection process or through other means, the investigation and evidence collection and identification audit work shall be done in a timely manner; Punish real estate brokerage institutions and brokers suspected of violating laws and regulations according to relevant regulations; Establish a regular reporting system, and timely summarize and report the progress of special work.

The Shenzhen Real Estate Agency Association carries out education and training and theme publicity activities, requiring real estate agencies and their employees to carry out self-examination and self-correction and remove illegal price information in time; Conduct preliminary investigation and evidence collection on the illegal acts found, and timely hand them over to the housing construction bureaus of all districts for handling; Cooperate with district housing construction bureaus to carry out daily inspections.

The Action Plan shows that from February 23 to February 26, 2021, all real estate agencies and brokers are required to carry out comprehensive self-examination and self-correction, while real estate agency associations carry out training, requiring all real estate agencies and brokers to strictly implement the reference price of second-hand housing transactions. From February 27 to March 26, 2021, widely collect complaints and reports from the masses that the listed price of second-hand housing of real estate agencies exceeded the transaction reference price; Sorting out complaints and reports; It is necessary to immediately investigate, deal with and give timely feedback on violations of laws and regulations.

Prior to this, the Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau issued three announcements in succession on February 8, announcing the establishment of a release mechanism for the reference price of second-hand housing transactions, and released the reference price of second-hand housing transactions in 3,595 residential quarters in the city for the first time. However, the reference price is generally low, almost equivalent to 30% off the market price.

According to public media reports, up to now, many branches in Shenzhen, such as China Everbright Bank, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications and Bank of Beijing, have expressed their views, and loans have been issued according to the official reference price of second-hand housing transactions in Shenzhen.

Salary ranking of senior executives in central enterprises: the highest is 6.373 million yuan, and the lowest is 60,000 yuan.

The "Reform Plan for the Salary System of the Heads of Central Management Enterprises" was implemented in 72 key central enterprises this year. According to statistics, among the 48 central enterprises that have published annual reports recently, there are 18 listed companies with general managers and presidents as samples, and their salaries have decreased year-on-year, and 4 have increased by over 100% year-on-year. The average salary of general managers of 48 listed companies rose from 970,000 yuan in 2014 to 1.07 million yuan in 2015.

It has been controversial for leaders of central enterprises to get super-high salaries like executives of foreign companies and private enterprises. Recently, listed companies have released annual reports one after another, and the salary of senior executives of central enterprises has become a hot spot in the market. Since January 1, 2015, the Reform Plan of the Salary System for the Heads of Central Management Enterprises has been implemented in 72 key central enterprises. At the beginning of the reform, the vice minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said that after the reform, the salary level of the heads of most central management enterprises will decline, and some will fall by a larger margin. Then, judging from the published financial report, has the salary reform of central enterprises achieved the expected results over the past year or so? What problems are reflected in the change of executive compensation in central enterprises?

The average annual salary of general managers of 48 central enterprises exceeds one million.

According to media statistics, among the 48 central enterprises that have published annual reports under the supervision of the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, with the general manager and president as samples, there are 18 listed companies whose salaries have decreased year-on-year, and 4 have increased by over 100% year-on-year. The average salary of general managers of 48 listed companies rose from 970,000 yuan in 2014 to 1.07 million yuan in 2015.

Judging from the ups and downs, the biggest decline is Guodian Nanzi. In 2014, the annual salary of Huang Yuanhong, general manager of Guodian Nanzi, was 518,000 yuan. In June 2015, Huang Yuanhong, general manager of Guodian Nanzi, resigned. Since then, Guodian Nanzi has welcomed a new general manager, Ying Guangwei. According to the annual report, its annual salary in 2015 was 164,000 yuan, which was 68.34% lower than that of its predecessor. The biggest increase is Zhenhua Heavy Industry. In 2015, the annual salary of Huang Qingfeng, president of Zhenhua Heavy Industry, was 894,000 yuan, while in 2014, the salary of former president Lu Jianzhong was only 205,300 yuan.

In terms of absolute salary, the highest salary is CIMC. In 2015, the salary of Mai Boliang, president of CIMC, was as high as 6.373 million yuan, ranking first among the top executives of major central enterprises. Compared with the salary of 9.98 million yuan in 2012, it has declined, but it has been the top three in the A-share salary list in the past three years. Whether it is the former general manager or the current general manager, the annual salary of the senior executives of Yunnan Copper, a subsidiary of Chinalco, is extremely low among listed companies. The current general manager Gao Guichao’s annual salary in 2015 is 60,000 yuan, and his predecessor Shen Nanshan’s annual salary in 2014 is 157,500 yuan. Some netizens even ridiculed that this income is not as good as a courier.

The salary of petrochemical executives is "halved"

According to the salary reform plan implemented in early 2015, the salary of the heads of central enterprises will be composed of two parts: past basic annual salary and performance annual salary, and adjusted to three parts: basic annual salary, performance annual salary and term incentive income. The salary of central enterprises is differentiated and officially bid farewell to the "big pot rice". Then, judging from the published annual report, does the change of executive compensation of central enterprises conform to the spirit of reform?

Taking Sinopec Shuangxiong as an example, according to the 2015 annual report, the salary of Sinopec President Li Chunguang decreased from 972,900 yuan in 2014 to 525,000 yuan in 2015, a decrease of 46%; The salary of Wang Dongjin, president of PetroChina, decreased from 1.137 million yuan to 734,000 yuan, a decrease of 35.44%. In 2015, when international oil prices fell precipitously, Sinopec’s net profit decreased by 11.4% year-on-year to 43.3 billion yuan. The net profit of PetroChina fell by nearly 70% year-on-year, only 35.6 billion yuan, which was lower than the 100 billion yuan mark for the first time in ten years.

Presidents of five major banks bid farewell to millions of salaries.

Another obvious change in executive compensation is banks. Recently, the annual reports of five state-owned banks that have established diplomatic relations between workers, peasants and China have been disclosed one after another, and the rise and fall of bank employees’ compensation has also surfaced. Different from the substantial increase in the salary of commercial executives, the overall salary of bank executives declined in 2015, and it has completely bid farewell to the million-dollar salary.

The Beijing Youth Daily reporter noted that in the disclosure of the annual reports of the five major state-owned banks, it was all stated that "according to the relevant regulations of the state, from January 1, 2015, the remuneration of the chairman, president, supervisor and other deputy heads of the Bank was implemented in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Administration of Remuneration of Heads of Central Financial Enterprises, and the Bank has paid salaries accordingly".

According to the 2015 annual report, the net profit attributable to the parent company of the five major banks exceeded 920 billion yuan, equivalent to earning 2.5 billion yuan every day. Although the profit scale was "the legendary swordsman", the net profit fell into a "turtle speed" growth. According to the annual report of the five state-owned commercial banks that established diplomatic relations between workers, peasants and China, their net profit increased by 0.5%, 0.7%, 0.74%, 0.28% and 1.5% respectively in 2015. After years of double-digit high-speed growth, the growth rate is the slowest in the last decade, and banks have bid farewell to the era of "lying down to make money".

The annual salary of the presidents of the five major state-owned banks in 2015 can almost be called "waist cutting". Among them, Yi Huiman, President of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, paid 546,800 yuan in 2015, compared with 1,089,000 yuan in the previous year, a decrease of 49.79%; Chen Siqing, President of China Bank, paid 613,300 yuan in 2015, down 43.38% from 1,083,200 yuan in the previous year; Wang Zuji, President of China Construction Bank, paid RMB364,600 in 2015, a significant decrease of 67.79% compared with the previous year (President Zhang Jianguo paid RMB1,132,000 in the previous year); Peng Chun, President of Bank of Communications, paid 525,700 yuan in 2015, down 47.83% from 1,007,600 yuan in the previous year. Zhang Yun, the president of the Agricultural Bank of China, was punished for violating discipline, but no statistics were made. The pre-tax salary of Cai Hua Xiang and Lou Wenlong, the vice presidents of the Agricultural Bank of China, was 977,400 yuan in 2014, and it was 522,100 yuan in 2015, a decrease of 46.58%.

The income of employees of listed banks remains unchanged as a whole.

At present, 10 listed banks have published their 2015 annual reports. According to the data of the annual report, in the past year, due to the salary limit of central enterprises and the decline in profits, the salaries of senior executives such as chairmen and presidents of banks have shrunk significantly, and some have even been cut by half, but the per capita income of employees is basically the same as that of the previous year, with little increase and decrease, and the performance is stable.

According to the calculation results of professional institutions, except for China Merchants Bank, China CITIC Bank and Bank of Communications, the per capita salary of other banks is within 4% year-on-year, which is basically the same. The per capita salary of joint-stock banks is mostly between 300,000 and 400,000 yuan, while that of the top five state-owned banks is between 200,000 and 300,000 yuan, and the joint-stock banks beat the state-owned banks completely.

Specifically, Ping An Bank has the highest per capita salary of 418,100 yuan, an increase of 3.31% over 2014; The second place is Minsheng Bank, with 404,000 yuan, an increase of 3.22% over 2014; Everbright Bank ranked third with 359,700 yuan, a decrease of 2.34% over the previous year.

The per capita salary of the five major state-owned banks is still significantly lower than that of the joint-stock banks, among which the highest bank of communications is 274,700 yuan, up by 7.73% year-on-year, which is 183,400 yuan less than that of China Merchants Bank, which is the least among the joint-stock banks. Followed by China Bank, 259,800 yuan, an increase of 2.36% over the previous year; The third place is CCB, with 247,000 yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.56%; ICBC ranked fourth with 245,900 yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.77%; The last one was Agricultural Bank of China, which was 221,500 yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 3.40%.

It is worth noting that the total wages and benefits of China Merchants Bank and CITIC Co., Ltd. have fallen sharply, with a decrease of 15.32% and 19.96% respectively. However, according to industry analysts, the main reason for the sharp decline is the delayed payment of performance pay, which does not mean that China Merchants Bank and China CITIC Bank are significantly reducing their salaries.

China Merchants Bank issued a document in April last year, which will implement a deferred payment risk premium system in domestic branches, that is, a certain proportion of the performance pay of employees in risk-related positions will be withdrawn, and the amount will be paid year by year according to the risk release of the project, with a withdrawal ratio of 10%, covering ordinary employees in markets, compliance and operations. The direct consequence of this mechanism is that the income of bank employees decreased in that year.

Of the 16 A-share listed banks, 10 have published their annual reports, including five state-owned banks that have established diplomatic relations between workers and peasants, and five joint-stock commercial banks, namely China Merchants Bank, Minsheng Bank, CITIC Bank, China Everbright Bank and Ping An Bank.

National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC): The installed capacity of power generation in China has grown steadily, and the coal storage of unified dispatching power plants has reached a record

Cctv newsOn June 16th, at the press conference of the National Development and Reform Commission in June, some media asked: This year, the demand for electricity in China has grown steadily and rapidly, especially in the recent summer when the peak of electricity consumption is coming. What is the preparation for the peak of electricity in summer? What measures will the National Development and Reform Commission take to ensure the smooth operation of electricity this summer?

In this regard, Meng Wei, spokesperson of the National Development and Reform Commission, said that since the beginning of this year, the National Development and Reform Commission has focused on the safe and stable supply of energy and electricity, and continued to strengthen the construction of an energy production, supply, storage and sales system. Judging from the current situation, the installed capacity of power generation in China has continued to grow steadily, and the coal storage of power plants has reached a record high of 187 million tons, which has a solid foundation for ensuring power supply during the peak summer this year.

On June 14th, the National Development and Reform Commission held a video conference to specially deploy the national energy peak summer work in 2023. In the next step, we will give full play to the role of the inter-ministerial coordination mechanism of coal, electricity, oil and gas transportation support, compact the main responsibility of local and enterprise energy supply, and focus on five aspects.

First, promote the construction of various power projects. Adhere to the "national chess game", systematically plan and promote the construction of various power sources such as supporting power sources and new energy sources, strengthen the construction of power grids, and do a good job of connecting power to the grid to ensure that all inputs should be made before the peak summer this year.

The second is to strengthen fuel supply security. We will continue to organize the production and supply of coal and natural gas, and urge all localities and power generation enterprises to keep the coal stored in power plants at a high level, so as to ensure the high calorific value coal, gas, electricity and hydropower energy storage required for peak power generation.

The third is to promote all kinds of generator sets to be fully developed. Ensure that the output level of thermal power during peak hours is better than normal, optimize the operation of reservoir groups, improve the peak power generation capacity of hydropower, and promote the multi-use of wind power, solar power and nuclear power.

Fourth, do a good job in optimal dispatching of national power grid operation. Give full play to the advantages of large power grid resource allocation, strengthen national overall planning, strengthen cross-network mutual assistance, make full use of inter-provincial and inter-regional transmission channels, and do a good job in power supply guarantee in key areas and important time periods.

Fifth, do a good job in power demand side management. Adhere to both open source and throttling, guide local governments to better play the role of economic means to adjust, actively guide users to independently optimize and adjust power demand, promote the balance between power supply and demand, and effectively ensure the safety and stability of people’s livelihood and key power consumption.

Let the light of Marxist truth illuminate the future.

For more than a century, from a theory and a theory to the creation of a system and a road, Marxism has the majestic power to travel through time and space, and it also bears the eager expectation of hundreds of millions of people for a just and better life.

Long summer season, the unnamed lake, the second World Congress of Marxism in a warm look at the curtain. From "Marxism and the progress of human civilization" to "Marxism and contemporary global cooperation and governance", from "building a community of human destiny" to "China’s plan and the way of modernization in developing countries", Marxist researchers from all over the world have talked about Marxism and the progress of human civilization, and discussed the Supreme Leader’s Socialism with Chinese characteristics Thought in the new era and contemporary Marxism, so as to promote the world understanding and dissemination of China-oriented Marxism and let the light of Marxist truth light up the times and the future.

  1. Ideological weapon to advance the process of human civilization

200 years ago, when Marx was born in Trier, Germany, no one would have thought that the idea named after him would be like a magnificent sunrise, illuminating the way for human beings to explore historical laws and seek their own liberation.

200 years later, China, the venue of the Second World Congress of Marxism. Paying tribute to Marx, the "first thinker of the Millennium", runs through the speeches of every expert attending the meeting.

"No text written in the mid-19th century has been as smoothly circulated as the communist party Declaration, which embodies the brilliant thoughts of Marxism, and is still valid today. All paragraphs in this text are even more in line with contemporary reality. The conclusions of Marx and Engels have been consolidated after 170 years of historical development. " Samir amin, Chairman of the Third World Forum, expressed emotion.

In the past 200 years, countless thoughts and works have disappeared, but Marx’s fame and career are still shining.

"In Marx’s hometown, there are now more than 300 celebrations about him." Jan Turovsky from the German rosa luxemburg Foundation introduced to the participants. He believes that understanding Marx’s greatness can be cut in from three different angles — — Marx’s methods, works and his life.

Shang Zhixiao, secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong Normal University, said that the broad and far-reaching influence of Marx’s thought lies in its powerful truth power. "Whether you agree with him or oppose him, whether his thoughts are in your interest or not, whether he can get your approval, his profound thinking, rigorous exposition and the power of logic have to be convincing."

In the view of Liu Tongfang, Dean of the School of Marxism of Zhejiang University, "liberation" is the key word of Marx’s thought, while the pursuit of human liberation is the first theme that Marx has never changed in his life, and it is also the goal and fundamental value appeal that Marx has struggled and dedicated for all his life. "China Road is a brand-new way to realize Marx’s theory of human liberation in theory and practice, and it is also China wisdom to promote the process of human civilization."

  Time is the best touchstone.

"Marx’s analysis of capitalism has been confirmed in many important aspects. The international financial crisis once again proves that the free market is not a benign and self-regulating mechanism, as its advocates claim. On the contrary, as Marx thought, it is an alienation system with its own life and an uncontrollable and inherently unstable mechanism. " Sean sayers, a professor emeritus at the University of Kent in England, said.

Han Xiping, a professor at Jilin University, found that at present, in the face of a series of problems brought about by human society’s activities of conquering and transforming nature, such as running out of resources, environmental pollution and disparity between the rich and the poor, the whole world theoretical circle is re-recognizing and excavating the value of Marx’s political economy.

Those who are immortal will be immortal. "For generations of thinkers, Marx has had a very deep influence on world history. I think this is a starting point, not an end." David harvey, a professor at City University of new york, said.

  2. Casting the ideological code of "China Miracle"

Marxism has profoundly changed not only the world, but also China.

This land, which has been carrying out the "most courageous system experiment and development practice" in the world for nearly 40 years, has attracted the attention of Chinese and foreign experts attending the meeting with its remarkable achievements — — They want to explore urgently how to unlock the ideological code behind the "China miracle", what China’s exploration means, and how to think, interpret and lead the times under the guidance of the Supreme Leader’s New Era Socialism with Chinese characteristics Thought after several rounds of alternation of highs and lows.

"China is a real role model for us." Sharif Mohamed Fayyad, a member of the Political Bureau of the Egyptian National Progressive Unity Party, believes that the reason why China has achieved rapid development in the past few decades is that the Communist Party of China (CPC) has continuously promoted the China of Marxism, combined the specific principles of Marxism with China’s national conditions and built Socialism with Chinese characteristics.

"The 40 years of reform and opening up is a process in which the Communist Party of China (CPC) people constantly apply and develop Marxism, persist in and innovate Marxism, and form China Marxism in the course of Socialism with Chinese characteristics’s construction and development." Gu Hailiang, a professor of Boya in Peking University, said that Socialism with Chinese characteristics Thought of the Supreme Leader in the New Era is the latest achievement of China Marxism.

Wang Shuyin, Dean of the School of Marxism of Beijing Normal University, believes that the living soul of Marxism is a concrete analysis of specific problems. The supreme leader’s Socialism with Chinese characteristics Thought’s accurate grasp of China’s basic national conditions in the new era and the correct judgment of China’s major social contradictions in the new era are the profound reasons why the Party has formulated the correct line, principles and policies, made great historical achievements and pushed Socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

"the Communist Party of China (CPC)’s theoretical innovation is based on adhering to the basic theory of Marxism. It is not based on the text, abstract concepts or principles, but on the reality of China, oriented to solving practical problems and centered on what is being done. These innovative theories have further confirmed Marxism while developing Marxism. " Chen Xueming, a professor at Fudan University, believes.

"The Supreme Leader’s Socialism with Chinese characteristics Thought in the New Era is the best knowledge in contemporary China, because it pursues happiness for the people, rejuvenation for the nation and great harmony for the world. And this is the pursuit of Marxism. " Sun Xiguo, Executive Dean of Peking University Marxism Institute, said.

  3. China’s solution to human problems

Today’s China is approaching the center of the world stage as never before. Today’s the Communist Party of China (CPC) is also putting forward China’s plan for the development of the world and the future of mankind with a broad and profound historical vision, an enterprising and innovative spirit and a big country mind.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary of the Supreme Leader has profoundly explained the major initiatives to build a community of human destiny on several major international occasions. Nowadays, this concept has not only completed the construction of scientific concept, but also entered the international human rights discourse system in many UN resolutions. Moreover, it has deepened its practice and won wide support from people of different nationalities, faiths, cultures and regions. At this conference, the community of human destiny is highly concerned by the participating experts.

"Talking about Marxism without the bright future of the common destiny of mankind is a dogmatism with no aim at the target; Putting aside the guidance of Marxism and promoting the construction of a community of human destiny, the progress of human society will be lost. " Yu Hongjun, executive deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Peking University and president of Marxist Institute, said that building a community of human destiny not only reflects China’s responsibility, but also represents a new contribution of China Marxism to the development of human civilization in the new era. It is in this sense that the theme of this congress is "Marxism and the community of human destiny".

Where is the world going and where is the future of mankind? Many countries hesitate to face the future.

"The disintegration of society, economy and politics are the three threats to mankind ‘ Super typhoon ’ The number of capitalist countries that have experienced three major typhoons is increasing, but the bourgeoisie has no ability to stop it, just as they are unable to cope with the financial crisis. " Wadi Halabi, chairman of the communist party Economic Commission, said that only Marxism can point out the way for human liberation.

In Ji Zhengju’s view, the "way out" is contained in the community of human destiny. "Building a community of human destiny and proposing ‘ Belt and Road ’ The initiative and the establishment of the AIIB are all aimed at letting the world share China’s achievements in reform and opening up and China’s experience through peaceful means. "

"People of all countries should cooperate with each other, establish partnerships and support each other. China’s plan to build a community of human destiny is a win-win policy, which points out that development and progress are the general trend of human social development. " Adhan Saeed, member of the Lebanese communist party Central Committee, said.

"In the past, we used Marxism to solve the problem of China. Today, China, which is approaching the center of the world stage, needs to take Marxism as the guide and use Chinese solutions to solve the common problems facing mankind." Chen Shuguang, a professor at the School of Marxism of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, said: To thoroughly implement the Supreme Leader’s Socialism with Chinese characteristics Thought in the new era, we have put forward a plan for developing China, a plan for governing China, a plan for peaceful China and a plan for civilized China.

Experts attending the meeting said that with the magnificent transformation of the community of human destiny from China discourse to world discourse, the realization of Marx’s highest proposition of "free and all-round development of human beings" is bright and promising.

Affected by the typhoon "Candu", it has been stormy in Shanghai since September 13th. From the ground to the sky, hard-core technology helps Shanghai prevent typhoons. In Xuhui District Urban Operation Management Center, the depth of ground water, fallen trees on the roadside, and all kinds of drainage emergency situations in the area are monitored in real time on the flood control and typhoon prevention command platform. On the skyscraper in Lujiazui, Pudong, the damper of vibration reduction and pendulum reduction device plays the role of "town building artifact" and guards the city skyline.

Entering the main flood season, all kinds of flood control and flood fighting "black technology" assisted rescue and disaster relief

Entering the main flood season, flood control and flood fighting work in many places across the country has entered a critical stage. In cities and rivers, high-tech flood control equipment and innovative flood control tools have been used everywhere. Flood control baffles, unmanned rescue boats and other "black technologies" have played an important role in emergency rescue and disaster relief.

Improve efficiency, patrol dikes, check risks and install the "eagle eye" of science and technology

Before the storm and flood disaster, the flood control pressure of the dam increased due to the rising water of the river. How to carry out the dangerous inspection of the dam accurately and efficiently? Let’s first meet such an intelligent robot.

The total length of dikes in small and medium-sized rivers in China is nearly 400,000 kilometers. Every year, dangerous situations such as piping, leakage and collapse of dikes are the main causes of burst floods, which can easily lead to group deaths and group injuries. After receiving the information of rainstorm and flood disaster, it is very important to conduct dike danger inspection quickly and efficiently, accurately lock the dangerous position and report the dangerous situation to prevent and resolve major disasters such as dam break.

CCTV reporter Guorong Tang:This equipment, called Emergency Intelligent Patrol AR10, is a black technology specially used to inspect the river embankment. Its weight is less than 1kg, and it can be carried under the drone to realize 24-hour uninterrupted dangerous inspection of the river. The results of the inspection will also be fed back in time through a piping detection software on the computer. The green spots on the map are the relatively safe places on this river, and the five places marked in red are the dangerous places such as piping and leakage. With such reports and results, it can help river maintenance personnel to quickly locate the place and deal with the dangerous situation.

According to reports, in the past, the inspection of dikes mainly relied on manual inspections, and the inspection distance per hour was only four or five kilometers. The inspection process took a long time and could not be monitored around the clock. There were also high risks of operators in extreme environments and misjudgments. This emergency intelligent patrol AR10 can work safely 24 hours a day, and can complete the river patrol within 20 kilometers in one hour, with the missing rate below 5% and the false alarm rate below 30%, which greatly improves the patrol efficiency.

Gao Oasis, Assistant Researcher, National Institute of Natural Disaster Prevention and Control, Ministry of Emergency Management:The biggest feature of this equipment is that it can accurately and quickly inspect the dike danger through multi-sensor integration and artificial intelligence identification algorithm. At present, this set of equipment has been applied in many dangerous scenes in China. In 2024, when Tuanzhou embankment in Dongting Lake, Hunan Province broke, we used this equipment to inspect the embankment 15 kilometers between Qiantuan dikes for half a month, and found out 19 dangerous places, and established an interpersonal cooperative dike danger inspection mode, which improved the efficiency by more than 70 times compared with the traditional manual inspection, effectively alleviating the problems existing in manual inspection of dikes.

According to reports, at present, the equipment has carried out dike inspection in 12 provinces in 7 major river basins across the country, with a cumulative cruising mileage of more than 2,000 kilometers, and 175 piping leakage hazards have been identified, effectively preventing the risk of dike breach in small and medium-sized rivers.

L-shaped flood control baffle — — Water retaining weapon for urban flood control

In case of water accumulation caused by rainstorm or flood in the city, the light and efficient L-shaped flood baffle is a common weapon to stop water. This baffle adopts modular design and has the characteristics of high waterproof and compressive stability. The baffle is pressed to the ground by water pressure to form friction to enhance stability, and it will not topple even if the flood exceeds the top. It can be built quickly before the rainstorm and flood disaster comes.

Han Lei, 1st Squadron of Rescue Base of Wuhan Branch of the Third Engineering Bureau of China Anneng Group:The L-shaped flood control guide plate is easy to install, and a 10-meter-long flood control retaining wall can be built in one minute, which is more than 10 times more efficient than traditional sandbags. The whole body is made of ABS material, and the single weight is only 1kg, which is corrosion-resistant and beautiful, and can be used continuously for more than 10 years. It is especially suitable for emergency flood control in urban low-lying areas.

A number of new intelligent water rescue boats have been put into practical application.

When rainstorm and flood disasters occur, people often get trapped in water or rivers. Facing the stormy water environment, how can we ensure the personal safety of trapped people and rescuers? A number of new intelligent water rescue boats have been put into practice and actual rescue.

In recent years, in all kinds of water rescue drills, new unmanned rescue equipment, such as unmanned aerial vehicles and flying rescue boats, have played an important role in working in harsh environments and the speed of rescuers. Among them, a flight rescue boat developed by Sichuan Fire Fighting Co., Ltd., as the first unmanned combat equipment invested this year, is particularly eye-catching in water rescue. It can quickly fly to the drowning person from the air by remote control by the operator on the shore, provide a lifesaving floating body, and pull the drowning person back to the shore from the water surface.

Wu Di, stationmaster of Yingbin Avenue Special Service Station of Leshan City Fire Rescue Detachment, Sichuan Province:The flight rescue boat has the ability of air flight and surface navigation at the same time, and can take off normally in the environment of strong wind and (strong) magnetic field interference. When rescuing in complex waters, rescuers can launch rescue operations only by remote operation, which greatly reduces the risk of firefighters in water rescue. In addition, the equipment can also quickly lock the drowning person within 1 km at all times through its high-definition pan/tilt and infrared night vision system, which greatly increases the survival probability of the drowning person.

In addition to the speed of rescue, in the actual disaster relief process, how to rescue as many trapped people as possible in a harsh environment is also the key to rescue. A kind of equipment called self-righting rescue boat has solved this problem well. It is also called "I-shaped rescue tumbler", which is suitable for transporting people and materials under extremely harsh and difficult conditions and can carry 6-8 people at a time. The reason why it is called "tumbler" is because of its unique design. No matter what happens on the water, it will not capsize.

Han Lei, 1st Squadron of Rescue Base of Wuhan Branch of the Third Engineering Bureau of China Anneng Group:The self-righting lifeboat adopts a unique triangular design, and the structure of double round cylinders on both sides makes the center of gravity all in the center of the ship, effectively ensuring the stability of the hull. Even if it is inclined by 90 degrees, it will not turn over, ensuring the safety of users. The maximum speed is 62 kilometers per hour, which can quickly start rescue.

Self-righting lifeboats are simple, fast and reliable in transportation, which makes up for the shortcomings that ordinary rescue boats are difficult to rescue under harsh conditions such as rapids, huge waves in the sea and rolling dams. Because of its multi-layer composite material, it can effectively prevent stabbing and scratching. The "tumbler" not only improves the rescue efficiency, but also provides reliable survival guarantee for people in distress, and plays an irreplaceable role in actual combat.

Communication rescue equipment ensures the transfer of personnel in the "three broken" isolated island

When storms and floods occur in remote areas such as mountainous areas, it is easy to form rescue "islands" with damaged infrastructure such as communications, electricity and transportation, which brings severe challenges to rescue and disaster relief. How to restore communication and rescue isolated islands, various localities have explored different solutions and scientific and technological means.

In extreme disasters, it is easy to cause large-scale damage to infrastructure such as communications and transportation, leading to "three breaks" — — The situation of disconnection, network disconnection and power failure makes the trapped people in an information island, which brings severe challenges to emergency rescue and disaster relief. The "Xinglitong" emergency call terminal independently developed by the National Institute of Natural Disaster Prevention and Control is a satellite communication terminal equipment that has just come out this year and is used by grassroots people. Accurately lock the trapped person through the thermal imaging lens of the drone and deliver it to the trapped person by throwing it in the air of 100 meters. Xinglitong can realize the functions of self-targeting, voice guidance to trapped people, one-click disaster reporting and so on, and successfully set up a communication network between trapped people and external sources.

Jiao Qisong, Associate Research Fellow of National Institute of Natural Disaster Prevention and Control:We will prefabricate the phone number of the local command center or rescue department before delivering this phone. One-click call mainly solves the problem that people can’t operate the terminal when they are in a panic and it is difficult to aim at the star.

Xinglitong has well solved the practical difficulties such as harsh requirements and complicated interface operation of traditional satellite phones. At present, the technology has been finalized and put into mass production, and the application of this terminal will effectively open up the "last mile" of reporting disaster information at the grassroots level.

In addition to allowing the trapped people to communicate with the outside world, how to supply the trapped people with materials and the subsequent transshipment work requires a more complete air support system and aviation emergency construction. In June this year, influenced by the typhoon "Butterfly" superimposed high-altitude trough and monsoon, Huaiji County, Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province was hit by a once-in-a-century flood. Some villages were seriously affected, traffic was interrupted, and people were trapped by floods, making rescue difficult. Faced with the situation that the land was completely blocked and the people were almost trapped in an isolated island, the local emergency response mechanism was launched at the first time, and three emergency rescue helicopters were quickly dispatched to perform the task of air delivery and transshipment of emergency materials, effectively ensuring the basic living needs of the affected people. The rescue helicopters played an important role in the "air life channel" at a critical moment.

Cai Hanyue, Party Secretary of Guangdong Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center:The main materials transported are cool quilts, towel quilts and blankets, and then instant noodles, eight-treasure porridge and mineral water, which are mainly transported by air according to the needs of the people in the disaster area.

It is reported that Guangdong Province has established 12 helicopter garrison bases and more than 1,800 basic networks of temporary take-off and landing points in towns and streets, and built a network system of take-off and landing points that covers the whole province and goes directly to towns and villages. Achieve the goal of helicopters reaching the disaster area within one hour in the province.

Do ETC wonderful, illegal and compulsory behavior! Toll station staff: If you don’t do ETC, let him block it

CCTV News:It’s not the rush hour or holidays. On Thursday, at several high-speed toll stations in Hefei, Anhui Province, there were long queues in the manual toll lanes. The queues were all vehicles that didn’t handle ETC. In contrast, several ETC lanes next to them were very smooth. Car owners told reporters that the reason for the obvious increase in congestion recently is very simple. ETC lanes have increased significantly, while manual toll lanes have decreased significantly.

Toll station staff:There are all ETC lanes over there

  Reporter:Can’t these two drive?

Toll station staff:This is the ETC lane, which is being rebuilt and can’t be opened.

At the exit of Jinzhai Road toll station, all 12 toll lanes have ETC function, and only two or three manual toll lanes are left. A few days ago, a car owner found at the exit of the toll station in Yongzhen Town, Wuhu Expressway that only one artificial lane was left in 16 lanes.

Tao Huang, Deputy Director of Operation Management Department of Anhui Communications Holding Group:According to the document jointly issued by the Ministry of Communications and the National Development and Reform Commission, the number of special ETC lanes around our large and medium-sized cities will account for 70% of all our lanes before the end of October, so it is objectively caused by a certain reduction in artificial lanes.

At various toll stations, ETC propaganda slogans can be seen everywhere, not only with ETC handling points, but also with loud ETC propaganda broadcasts. The words of the staff of Jinzhai Road toll station made it clear that the reduction of artificial lanes seems to be to force the car to host ETC.

Toll station staff:Do ETC, do it quickly, and it will be even more blocked in the future. Now there are still three lanes, and next year there will be one lane.

Reporter:The traffic jam lasted so long.

Toll station staff:Traffic jam, now say that if you don’t do ETC, let him block it, that’s what you said. We have opened more, and we have to bear the responsibility. Who will bear the responsibility?

  Reporter:What’s the responsibility?

Toll station staff:There are still 3 million cars in Anhui province that have not yet been ETC, so what should we do?

ETC, that is, non-stop electronic toll collection system, the vehicle ETC can realize unmanned electronic toll collection, and it only takes a few seconds to pass. But even though ETC is so good, so "promoting ETC through congestion" really makes car owners feel uncomfortable.

Hefei citizens:Why do you have to install ETC? Right? We’re not saying we can’t pretend, but it makes people feel uncomfortable, just like being forced.

This year, the national ETC promotion entered the fast lane, and many high-speed toll stations showed unfriendly attitudes towards vehicles without ETC. The toll station of Xiamen North Station once ran a banner of "ETC is not installed, and the expressway is not welcome", and the toll station of Yuanling, Hunan once ran a slogan of "Vehicles without ETC equipment are not allowed to get on the expressway from January 1". So the slogan "Thunder Man" has been removed. In Tianjin, since 0: 00 last Sunday, all the artificial lanes at the entrances of six toll stations, such as Binhai Station, have been cancelled, and vehicles without ETC can’t really get on the expressway.

On Tuesday, at the Tianjin toll station of Jinbin Expressway, the sign "ETC vehicles only" was still visible, and the broadcast was also played in a loop. Owners who don’t have ETC can either go to the expressway to handle ETC, or they can only turn around and return.

Tianjin citizens:I feel that this kind of direct closure of the artificial lane is not very comfortable anyway.

Tianjin citizens:I don’t do this, because I feel it is relatively troublesome to reimburse.

Tianjin citizens:What should you do when you are old? What should you do if you drive here in your 60 s, don’t have ETC and don’t have a bank card?

A spokesman for the Ministry of Transport said last week that even next year, ETC will be able to get on the expressway, and toll stations should keep a small number of artificial toll lanes. On Wednesday, after the relevant departments in Tianjin were ordered to rectify, the artificial lanes were reopened at the entrances of six high-speed toll stations such as Binhai Station. The reporter once again came to the Tianjin toll station of Jinbin Expressway, where an artificial lane has been restored. However, is one lane enough and will there be congestion? Dynamically allocate the number of artificial lanes according to the traffic flow, and improve the service to solve the practical difficulties and worries of handling ETC, so that ETC can really reduce congestion instead of adding congestion to high speed.

China’s ration self-sufficiency rate exceeds 100%, and there is no gap between grain supply and demand.

This year, China’s grain production has withstood many tests, such as epidemic, flood, typhoon, snowfall and meadow moth, and it is still expected to get another bumper harvest. The Economic Daily reporter learned from relevant parties that China’s total grain output is expected to exceed 650 million tons this year, and the grain supply is sufficient, so China has the ability to secure its rice bowl.

There is no gap between grain supply and demand.

A few days ago, a research institute released a report saying that by 2025, there may be a gap between grain production and demand of about 130 million tons in China, of which the gap between grain production and demand is about 25 million tons. Some people think that China will face food shortage.

In fact, there is a gap between grain production and demand, not a gap between grain supply and demand. At present, China’s grain stocks are sufficient, and the stored rice and wheat can feed the national consumers for more than one year. The self-sufficiency rate of corn is over 95%, and the grain supply can fully meet the market demand.

Xi Yinsheng, a researcher at the Rural Economic Research Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, told reporters that the gap between grain production and demand and the gap between supply and demand are two different concepts. The gap between production and demand refers to the shortage of annual output compared with demand, and the shortage is the gap between production and demand. The gap between supply and demand refers to the situation that the supply is not enough to meet the consumption demand. In addition to the output, the grain supply also includes the effective supply and import of the annual inventory. At present, there is no gap between supply and demand in China’s grain.

The gap between grain production and demand in China did not begin this year, mainly because of the limited soybean production capacity in China. The annual demand for soybeans in China is about 110 million tons, and more than 90% of soybeans need to be imported. 80% of imported soybeans are processed into feed and 20% into edible oil, which has little effect on the safety of rations. Cereals mainly include wheat, rice, corn, barley, sorghum, etc., among which wheat, rice and corn are also called the three staple foods, and wheat and rice are collectively called the two major rations. According to the white paper "Food Security in China" issued by China in 2019, the self-sufficiency rate of wheat and rice in China exceeds 100%, and the self-sufficiency rate of grain exceeds 95%.

At present, China’s grain production and demand are basically balanced, and there is no obvious gap between production and demand, but there are structural contradictions. Xi Yinsheng believes that the gap between grain production and demand in China is 25 million tons, mainly referring to the gap between corn production and demand. There is a big gap between corn production and demand, not because China’s production capacity is not enough, but because it is the initiative and inevitable requirement for China to promote the structural reform of agricultural supply side in recent years. At present, the widening gap between corn production and demand is only a phased problem of the adjustment of supply and demand, not a long-term problem. In the future, under the influence of market mechanism, China’s corn production is likely to resume growth, and the gap between production and demand is expected to gradually narrow and achieve a basic balance.

Although there is a gap between corn production and demand in China, there is no gap between supply and demand. In terms of output, although this year has been affected by the typhoon, it is still higher than last year. From the sales of stored corn, this year, the auction turnover of temporary storage corn in China exceeded 56 million tons, some of which have not yet been delivered out of the warehouse, and some of them have not been consumed after delivery, but have been transferred from state inventory to private inventory. According to the delivery schedule, it is estimated that more than 20 million tons of temporary storage auction corn will be carried forward to next year’s consumption. From the perspective of imports, from January to July this year, 4.57 million tons of corn was imported, up 30.7% year-on-year, and the market supply was completely no problem.

Superposition factors lead to food price fluctuation.

Data from the agricultural sector show that the output of summer grain and early rice increased this year, reaching 340.2 billion Jin, an increase of 4.48 billion Jin over the previous year, especially early rice, which reversed the downward trend for seven consecutive years. The harvest of autumn grain is drawing to a close, and it is estimated that the annual grain output will hit a record high again, and it will remain above 1.3 trillion Jin for six consecutive years, firmly holding the rice bowl in its own hands.

Xi Yinsheng believes that the epidemic situation has basically no obvious impact on grain production. Although floods have affected rice production in some areas, from the overall situation of the country, the years with sufficient precipitation are generally beneficial to grain production, and the probability of high yield is high. Three consecutive typhoons in Northeast China have caused maize lodging in some parts of Northeast China. However, due to the generally good growth of maize in the early stage, most of the yield of maize in Northeast China has basically formed when the typhoon occurred, and the actual impact is limited.

Adequate grain stocks are the "anchor needle" to stabilize the market. China’s grain storage consists of three categories: government storage, policy storage and enterprise commodity storage. Government reserves, including central grain reserves and local grain reserves, are "ballast stones" to ensure food security. Policy inventory is the inventory formed by the state’s policies of minimum purchase price and temporary storage. The inventory quantity is considerable and it is auctioned in the market all the year round. According to the data of the National Grain Trading Center, as of October 29th, this year, a total of 203 national policy grain auctions were organized, with a total auction volume of 96.956 million tons, effectively meeting the market demand. Enterprise commodity inventory refers to the self-owned inventory that enterprises need to establish for business turnover. At present, there are more than 40,000 enterprises in the system, and the inventory quantity is not small. "In recent years, the operational risk awareness of China’s grain enterprises has been further enhanced, and the willingness to build more stocks and master more grain sources has been significantly improved. At present, the commodity stocks of enterprises that have entered the system have increased by more than 20% year-on-year." Qin Yuyun, director of the Grain Reserve Department of the State Grain and Material Reserve Bureau, said.

The food supply is guaranteed, but the prices of rice, wheat and corn have all increased to varying degrees this year, especially since October, the price of corn in Northeast China has increased greatly. Xi Yinsheng believes that the increase in grain prices this year is the result of the superposition of many factors. First of all, the global spread of the COVID-19 epidemic has aroused the international community’s concern about food security. Some countries have taken measures such as restricting exports, which has pushed up international food prices and transmitted them to China, thus affecting the trend of food prices. Secondly, the typhoon caused corn lodging in some parts of Northeast China, which led to a significant increase in corn harvest costs and pushed up corn prices. At the same time, the corn harvest and listing were delayed, and farmers’ reluctance to sell further strengthened the expectation of corn price increase. Thirdly, the boosting effect of market speculation on grain price increase is very obvious. Since the beginning of this year, hot money speculation on corn and other price increases are expected to be obvious, and frequent speculation on topics such as weather and epidemic situation has contributed to the increase in food prices.

From food security to food security

Food security has certain levels, which can be generally divided into three levels: ration security, grain security and food security. At present, China has achieved the goal of "basic self-sufficiency in grain and absolute safety in rations", and the food security situation is at its best in history.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China has established a national food security strategy of "focusing on ourselves, basing itself on the domestic market, ensuring the production capacity, moderately importing and supporting by science and technology", and it is clear that we should rely on our own strength to concentrate the main domestic resources to ensure the basic self-sufficiency of cereals and the absolute safety of rations. Guoqiang Cheng, a member of the National Food Security Strategy Expert Advisory Committee and school of economics and management of Tongji University, believes that after years of unremitting efforts, China has established a "trinity" food security guarantee mechanism, that is, a domestic food production system with the core of ensuring the absolute safety of rations; A grain reserve system focusing on responding to all kinds of emergencies and maintaining market stability; The global agricultural product supply chain, which aims at making overall use of the international grain market and resources, supports and cooperates with each other. Among them, the domestic grain production system and reserve system embody the food security policy of "taking myself as the main factor and basing ourselves on the domestic market" and "grain is basically self-sufficient and rations are absolutely safe", while the global agricultural product supply chain is the policy design and path selection of "moderate import". By moderately importing non-staple agricultural products such as soybeans and meat, the pressure of insufficient domestic water and soil resources is alleviated and agricultural resources are concentrated to ensure rations production.

Food security is actually food security. According to the definition of FAO in 1983, the goal of food security is to "ensure that all people can buy and afford the basic food they need at any time". Nowadays, China’s food security has changed from the pursuit of "eating well" to "eating well", and the perspective of examining food security has shifted from food security to food security, and on the basis of ensuring "basic self-sufficiency of grain and absolute safety of rations", food sources have been continuously expanded. It is noteworthy that in recent years, while the rigid demand for food in China is increasing, the food consumption structure is also undergoing important changes, the consumption of rations is gradually decreasing, and the consumption of miscellaneous grains, vegetables, fruits, aquatic products and livestock products is increasing. Between "one drop and one increase", it reflects the trend of more diversified food demand of Chinese consumers.

"Under the new situation of diversified food consumption, we must establish a big food safety concept and attach importance to ‘ Rice bag ’ We should also pay attention to safety ‘ Shopping basket ’ Safety, build a diversified whole food industry system, meet people’s increasingly diverse food consumption needs, and protect residents’ food and nutrition needs at a higher level. " Xi Yinsheng said.

70% of college students love "poor travel", and the travel expenses are less than 4,000 yuan.

It is also a good way to go backpacking during the winter and summer vacations. The reporter’s investigation found that in recent years, more and more college students love free travel. Among them, more people choose "poor travel". According to the reporter’s investigation, 70% of college students spend less than 4000 yuan on tourism. Cheap airline tickets, couch surfing, hitchhiking, etc. have all become strange tricks for college students to save money, and it is not uncommon for them to spend less than 100 yuan per day.

Love to be free,Yunnan only spends 3000 yuan in 7 days.

Previous surveys showed that 60% of middle school students in China spent more than 6,000 yuan on summer vacation travel, far exceeding the cost of college students. What is the cost of college students’ summer vacation travel? A few days ago, the reporter launched a questionnaire survey on college students’ travel costs, and 106 valid questionnaires were collected.

According to the survey data, 77% of college students are more willing to choose self-help travel, and the travel expenses will decrease accordingly. 8.49% of students spend less than 1000 yuan, 66.99% spend between 1000 yuan and 4,000 yuan, 16.98% spend between 4,000 yuan and 6,000 yuan, and only 7.55% spend more than 6,000 yuan. In other words, more than 70% of college students spend less than 4,000 yuan on a trip.

"College students are adults and have the ability and experience to take care of themselves. You have to be chased away with the group, and the tour fee is still expensive. Free travel completely arranges its own time route, which can experience the local customs more deeply, and it is also cheaper, suitable for college students whose economy is not yet independent. " Xiao He, a college student in Guangzhou, said that this summer vacation, he traveled to Yunnan with his friends, and the seven-day journey cost more than 3,000 yuan. The price of the tour group on the same route is about 5,300 yuan, and the free travel is almost 2,000 yuan cheaper than the tour group.

Save money wisely, choose low-cost airlines to stay in youth travel.

Most college students are not yet financially independent. Where can they get the travel expenses? The reporter’s survey results show that about 10% of students will earn their own living through part-time jobs and scholarships; 12% of the students surveyed said that they would accumulate from the living expenses; 77% of the students choose to be provided directly by their parents.

According to the survey, more than 70% of the respondents believe that tourism spending is mainly in transportation and accommodation. In terms of travel mode, nearly half of people still choose planes.

"Planes are not necessarily more expensive than trains." Xiaoli, a college student, said confidently. She went to Thailand last November, and the round-trip ticket was less than that of 1000 yuan.

"I will try to choose a low-cost airline. Although the seats are relatively narrow, plane meals and consignments must be purchased separately, but the price is indeed favorable. If you catch up with the big promotion, it is possible to fly dozens of pieces to Southeast Asia. " She said.

Accommodation is also the key to saving money. 21% college students choose youth hostels when they travel, and 61% choose express hotels and homestays. Star hotels rarely appear in college students’ travel budgets.

Xiaoli told reporters that she always stays in youth travel when she travels. "The most important thing is health and safety. Living in youth travel can make more new friends. Travelers from all over the world share their travel experiences and even travel together. These are the most vivid parts of the trip. "

"Poor Travel" God teaches you how to save money.

In recent years, poor travel with difficult conditions but deep experience has become more and more popular among college students. In the survey, more than 76% of the students agree with poor travel, and about 40% of them have had poor travel experience. Boys have more poor travel experience than girls.

Xiao Liu, a student of Guangzhou University, visited Beijing, Hailar, Manzhouli, Mohe and Harbin this summer vacation, which lasted for 29 days and only cost 2,500 yuan.

Accommodation in Beijing was solved by finding a sofa guest and staying in a friend’s dormitory.

Being a couch potato saves money, but how to ensure safety? Xiao Liu told reporters: "After contacting the owner, we should observe all kinds of information, log photos, Weibo and so on of the owner on the Internet, first have a basic impression on the owner, and then contact the owner of the local sofa group. The owner of the group is generally reliable, and he will recommend you to the famous sofa owner in the local area. You can judge carefully by combining the information of both parties. "

In Inner Mongolia and Northeast China, Xiao Liu also carried out a 2000-kilometer hiking trip. Standing on the national highway, he held a card with a destination in one hand and a thumb in the other, and "cut off" 13 enthusiastic drivers all the way. When you can’t get a ride, you will hike, and you will always be ready to spend the night on the roadside with your tent and sleeping bag.

The safety of hitchhiking has also been controversial. Recently, many cases of college students in distress due to taking a black car have been exposed in China. Liu Ye admitted that he was worried all the way. "Hitchhiking is about mutual trust. Many times, the driver who drives you is also worried about their own safety. It is best to go hand in hand."

Xiao Xie, a girl, also has her own safety tips for hitchhiking. Last summer vacation, she walked alone in Yunnan and hitchhiked around.

Her approach is: "First, take the initiative to chat with the driver and learn as much as possible about the driver’s information, so as to distinguish between good and bad; The second is to call a friend in front of the driver and pretend to make an appointment with a friend at the destination, so that the driver can dispel the evil intention that may be caused by a girl walking alone; Third, keep in touch with the outside world through Weibo WeChat, and take photos with drivers and put them online just in case. Going out, it is always right to have multiple minds. "

A senior "donkey friend" pointed out that poor travel does save money and is special, but it should be carried out under the premise of safety. Before going on a poor tour, you often need to do a lot of data collection and physical exercise preparation, which is not suitable for everyone. College students still have to choose the right way to travel according to their own ability and physical quality. (Reporter Lin Shining Intern Lu Yanjun)
