On September 19th, the 6th issue of "Shafa Lecture Hall" of the "Stars Project" of Shashi District People’s Court started as scheduled. The theme of this issue focused on the development and reform cases in our hospital this year, analyzed and judged the overall operation of the development and reform cases, and comprehensively discussed the difficulties and blocking points in the development and reform cases. Judges and assistant judges of all posts will attend the meeting.

During the activity, 10 members of the Judicial Committee took the stage to speak in turn according to their respective evaluations. With their profound legal knowledge and rich trial experience, they analyzed the trial procedure, fact finding and legal application of the case in depth, accurately pointed out the problems existing in the trial of the case, and made sharp and concise language, and put forward targeted suggestions on how to improve the quality of the case.

The hospital should adhere to the problem orientation, deeply analyze the causes of development and reform, and respond to the new expectations of the people with new results in trial work. It is necessary to seriously reflect on the reasons for the reform, learn lessons from each case, accumulate experience for future trial work, and improve the ability to resolve disputes.
