According to the weather forecast, it will be cloudy on 17th and 18th, and the temperature will be around -4-6℃. It will be fine on 22nd, and the temperature will be around 0-10℃.
At that time, a large number of citizens and friends may go to cemeteries and major cemeteries to mourn their loved ones and place their grief. Tianmu news reporter learned that Hangzhou public security traffic police will control the traffic around cemeteries such as Nanshan, Banshan and Longju Temple as appropriate, and suggest that citizens try to avoid the morning rush hour to sweep graves.
Around Nanshan cemetery
From 6: 00 to 17: 00 every day from December 17 to 22, the following measures are taken as appropriate:
1. Baiyun Road (Huyu intersection to Nanshan cemetery gate) is prohibited from motor vehicles (except for internal units);
2. Huyu Road (Nanfu Road to Shuicheng Road) is one-way traffic from east to west, and temporary bus lanes are set on the outer motor vehicle lanes. The bus leaving Huyu Road Bus Terminal passes from Baiyun Road and Huyu Road from east to west to Shuicheng Road;
3. Shuicheng Road (Huyu Road to Fuxing Road) implements one-way traffic from north to south;
4. Huyu Road (Shuicheng Road to Hurun Road) prohibits all motor vehicles from passing from west to east in due course (the scenic brigade completes bayonet diversion at Huyu Land Rover intersection);
5. Roads such as Huyu Road, Nanfu Road, Yuhuangshan Tunnel, Baiyun Road, Shuicheng Road, etc. are prohibited for trucks (including special passes).

Around the Mid-Levels Cemetery
From 6: 30 to 17: 00 every day from December 17 to 22, the following measures are taken as appropriate:
1. Banshan Road (from the entrance of Hangzhou Glass Factory to the section of thin plate factory) implements one-way traffic of motor vehicles from south to north;
2. The steel rolling road (from the intersection of Mid-levels to Tianxiang Avenue) is temporarily closed, and motor vehicles are prohibited from passing, while non-motor vehicles and pedestrians are allowed to pass;
3. Large trucks (including special passes) are prohibited from passing through Shen Halfway (Linding Road to Banshan Road), Banshan Road (Shen Halfway to Linban Road), Linban Road (Banshan Road to Shitang Road), Steel Rolling Road and Kangqiao Road (Kangyuan Road to Banshan Road);
4. Both sides of Banshan Road (cemetery to sheet factory section) and Tianxiang Avenue (Jinchang Road to steel rolling section) are used as emergency parking, which will be implemented step by step after the surrounding parking lots are saturated.

Around Longju Temple Cemetery
From 7: 00 to 17: 00 every day from December 17 to 22, the following measures are taken as appropriate:
1. Longhe Road is one-way traffic from south to north and one-way traffic from west to east along the mountain road (Longhe Road to Libra Road);
2. To the east of Dinglan Road, to the south of Jinshan Road (Tianhe Road), to the north of Linding Road, and to the west of Tiandu Road, Dongfeng Port Road (including the border road), trucks (including concession passes) are prohibited from passing.

Around other cemeteries
From 7: 00 to 17: 00 every day from December 17 to 22, the following measures are taken as appropriate:
1. Around Yuanbaoshan Cemetery: Jinshan Road is one-way from east to west;
2. Around the cemetery along Xixi Road: Bayonet measures are taken at all grave-sweeping points along Xixi Road to prohibit vehicles other than vehicles owned by local residents from going up the mountain; Single-cycle traffic organization measures are taken for Xiaolongjuwu tomb, where Xiaolongjuwu intersection enters and west road exits; Xixi Road (the section from Wantang Road to Tianmushan Road) is prohibited from passing by trucks (including concession passes);
3. Around the second cemetery: take temporary central isolation measures for Ma Lukou, Liuhe Road, and guide the motor vehicles that turn left from east to south to enter the second cemetery, and turn around at the gap of the central green belt at the west exit of the intersection to enter the cemetery;
4. Around Qianjiang Cemetery: One-way traffic from south to north is implemented along the levee on the south side of Qianjiang Cemetery, and motor vehicles are parked on one side; When it is difficult for vehicles along the Yangtze River to pass, Fuyang Brigade will divert the vehicles entering along the Yangtze River and take Hangxinjing Expressway or National Highway 320 to enter the urban area.
5. Around Anxianyuan Cemetery: The off-ramp of Qiu Shi Elevated Anxianyuan is closed from west to south depending on the situation, and only grave-sweeping bus lines are allowed to pass. The rest grave-sweeping vehicles are guided to the exits of Qiu Shi Elevated Shibei Road and Qiu Shi Elevated Shitang Road, and enter Anxianyuan through Linhalfway and Linping Road; It is forbidden for trucks to drive into the direction of Anxianyuan Cemetery from Chonghang Street, No.320 National Highway of Shugang Highway, Xingdu Avenue of Xingfa Street, Tunli Island of No.320 National Highway, the north side of Longchao Line of No.320 National Highway, Shitang Road of No.320 National Highway and Mid-levels Toll Station.
From 8: 30 to 17: 00 every day from December 17 to 22, the following measures are taken as appropriate:
1. Around Meinvshan Cemetery: trucks are prohibited from passing through Tangyan Road, and bayonets are implemented at Yingcui intersection of Tangyan Road, Tangyan intersection of Huantang Road and Tangyan intersection of Yuewang Road. Except for grave-sweeping vehicles, all other vehicles are diverted; Clockwise single-cycle emergency measures shall be taken for roads around the cemetery as appropriate, namely, Changjiang Road-Jingshan Road-Yuewang Road-Meinvshan parking lot entering the tomb area, and Meinvshan parking lot-Tangyan Road-Yingcui Road leaving the tomb area; Among them, the grave-sweeping vehicles in the direction of Wenyan entered the cemetery parking lot and returned to the original road after going out.
2. Around Shanyi Cemetery: trucks are prohibited from passing through Tenglong Road; It is strictly forbidden to park vehicles in the crossing section from Baimahu Road to Zhangsu Village of Tenglong Road, and grave-sweeping vehicles are all parked in the small parking lot of Zhenjing Road and on one side of Zhenjing Road; When the Zhenjing Road and the affiliated parking lot are saturated, Shanyicun Road will be one-way from east to west, and grave-sweeping vehicles can park unilaterally along Shanyicun Road. When Shanyicun Road is saturated, grave-sweeping vehicles will park unilaterally on both sides of Baimahu Road.
