Second, the evaluation results

The whole city scored 89.76 points in this simulation evaluation, including 89.76 points in Dongbao District, 89.22 points in Duodao District of Jingmen High-tech Zone and 90.90 points in Zhanghe New District.

Third, the gap with the creation of a national civilized model city

(A) the efforts to create work have declined. The national civilized model city is an upgraded version of the civilized city and a high-standard demonstration of the national civilized city. The problems of taxi drivers’ uncivilized driving, not taking the initiative to issue invoices and having no service cards are still outstanding, and some drivers charge unreasonable fees, such as showing 7.8 yuan and paying in 8 yuan. Second, the construction and maintenance of hardware facilities are not strong enough. Apart from the damaged and potholes on the road surface, this assessment found that there are big problems in the construction of barrier-free facilities and the maternal and child room, mainly because the barrier-free toilets are damaged, the settings do not meet the requirements, and the facilities in the maternal and child room are not complete. Many Shangchao maternal and child rooms do not have sinks.
