　　We will further work together and unite to promote the modernization of a huge population. China’s population of more than 1.4 billion has stepped into modernization as a whole, which is the largest modernization in human history, with unprecedented arduousness and complexity. This requires further cohesion, unity and struggle to unite more than 1.4 billion people in China to forge ahead and be invincible. We should stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of the broad masses of the people, make good use of the advantages of sufficient human resources brought by the super-large population and the advantages of China’s super-large market, and form a strong joint force for more than 1.4 billion China people to devote themselves to modernization and jointly create a happy and beautiful life. The huge population size requires us to think about problems, make decisions and do things first, consider the reality of the great difference in the development level between urban and rural areas in China, maintain historical patience, and persist in striving for progress steadily and step by step.
