In the downstream, Jiamusi City built an information platform for river and lake management, and fully completed the protection of 117 river and lake coastlines.

　　In the East Liaohe River Basin, pollution control was launched in an all-round way in 2018, and millions of acres of afforestation projects and 100 kilometers of river regulation projects were implemented in depth, creating the best level of water environmental quality since monitoring records were recorded.

　　After ten years of ecological management, 1.123 million mu of floodplain land between the two dikes in the main stream of Liaohe River has been naturally closed, except paddy fields and dike protection forests. Today, from the starting point of Tieling Fudian to Panjin estuary, the Qianli Ecological Corridor has been fully connected.
